I don't think anyone here would recommend ways to lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks, that's not healthy. You have to remember, you didn't gain the extra weight overnight, you can't lose it that way either.

VWILLIS is right. There is NO healthy way to lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks. 1-2lbs a week is a healthy amount and the only good way of achieving that is a healthy diet and exercise. Weightloss does not come easy, you'll have to work for it and most of all be patient and consistant.

My story goes like this... I was about 25 pounds overweight when I got serious about getting healthy and staying that way. I found this site and began applying what most everyone was saying, eat right, excercise and all of that. I wanted to get down to 200lbs so I used the calculations of 10 cals per pound of my target weight (200 x 10 = 2000 cals) and make sure I dont exceed that each day. I eat a lot of chicken and fish to keep protein high and suppliment with a protein drink. I got into the gym 3 days/week, one heavy day and the other 2 are medium lift days. It has been about 2 months and I've lost 16 pounds. Aha! There's that 2lbs/week everyone was talking about! Now, I know I am missing some essentials in this whole process. I need to start having 5-6 meals a day wheras now I'm only having 3. I get a little hungry between meals but that is a small price to pay when you look at the big picture. My motivation is my children. I want to be able to participate in their lives and not sit out on something because I'm too overweight to play with them. Find your motivation, if you're serious all of this will come together.
