I am starting to feel more at home over here now that I am becoming a regular Westside trainee. So expect to see me more often. =)

Awesome. Good to have you, and good luck training.

After putting up a ::PB:: in deadlift the other day of 315 lbs, I didn't think it could get much better so soon...

I finished out my bench and Upper Body Max day today. Seems I am 2.5 lbs from my 3 month goal (after only 5 weeks), a weight which I haven't lifted in over 10 years!

Here's how this afternoon went down when I hit my final max sets:

Bench Press:

225 lbs x 1
250 lbs x 1 ::was thinking I was gonna stop here but this went up fairly easy::
262 1/2 lbs x 1 ::PB::

Wide Grip Lat Pulls:

105 lbs x 3 ::easy::
135 lbs x 3 ::easy::
180 lbs x 5 ::good max, pretty hard::

I feel AWESOME about todays weights, 300 bench here I come! =)
