ive just been on a builk, but im deciding that after a year of it, its time to cut cause ive plateaued brutally, lol and i was wondering, what kind of diet would you be on while strength training, like how many calories, proteins, fats carbs and such. could i cut while strength training and try to kill to birds with one stone instead of cutting the strength training?
