I know this sounds like a really stupid question, but I dont understand the measurement used in the nutrition area of the site. It says "per cup" Of course I know what a cup is, but not in the context of measuring food. I am in the UK, and I dont believe we use that measurement here, but I could be wrong! Can anyone help me to understand the quantity of the cup measurement used on this site?
Thanks, Mal.

A cup is equivalent to 8 oz., but that's just for fluids I think. I looked at the dry measure cup I have and it also says 200 and something mL. I dunno if this helps.

It does somewhat, we have some plastic scoop type things, and one of them is marked with; 9fl oz or 250ml. I wonder if that is just for fluids though? Thanks for the input anyway!

You should be able to use the same measurement for both liquids and solids.

Cheers Ice, so that would be for either liquid or dry then?
