I am not sure if this workout is overworking the muscles or not??? please post ny comments that you have.
3 sets of Standing DB curls*** 8-10 reps
superseted with
3 sets of sitting one handed arm extensions*** 8-10 reps
========================================================
3 sets of Barbell Curls*** 6-8 reps
superseted with
3 sets of two handed behind the back extensions***8-10 reps
========================================================
4 sets of Concentrate Curls*** 8-10 reps
supersetted with
4 sets of Tricep Kickbacks***10-12 reps

I think that is too many isolation exercises personally. But if you do heavy compound exercises on your other work out days then it may not be too bad.
You may want to try dropping one exercise bi, one tri to lower reps and really heavy weight.

If you are trying to gain size, this probably is not the best way to go. Too much, more calorie burn than anything. Tough with the supersetting to properly overload the muscle. This is what intices the muscle to grow. Not endless work.

alright now i understand what ur telling me not to do but what is it that i should do??? maybe cut a bi exercise and a tri exercise and stop supersetting???
