I'm Dave. I'm sixteen, male. I started working out a while back ago.. but I can never get the right diet. Or the right schedule. But then I found this site!
I went the first week working out. Then This week.
But now that I've started work... my work out schedule is wack.:angry:
But i found some time this morning to get some of my exercises.
Anyways.. I need tips on keeping my diet "sound" and my work out schedule on time.
