I need muscle growth and I am doing it just to keep my self fit. I want to be able to see my self in the mirror and see some muscle instead of just a human figure with no muscle anyeare, I feel very week from my buns and legs so I have a challenge to achieve, I have passed my first week already and am still very entusiastic about working out, I am working out about 1, 1/2 hrs every day except weekends and sleeping 8 hrs every day and taking 100 grms of protein and a daily dose of nox-cg3 and I weight 153lbs and i am 37 years old. any advise or observations are always welcome.
