Hello all, I'm Billie, 27. I'm about 5'6" and weigh approximately 160 pounds (not entirely sure on this since I've been nowhere near a scale in at least a year). I would like to lose around 30 pounds and have no idea where to start. I cannot afford to join a gym so any exercises would need to be done here with little to no equipment. I don't know which exercises to start with, what repititions, etc. I'm also curious what I should eat. I know I need to eat better, my boyfriend and his son and I eat entirely too much junk food. But I don't know what to watch, my calories, fat, carbs? All of it? I need as much help as I can get. I am a true newbie. Thank you!
