Heya, I'm new. Just thought I'd drop you all a line and say hello.
If you're interested, my goal is to lose body fat and gain muscle. There didn't seem to be that kind of choice on the personal planner thing, or did I miss it? There just seemed to be "gain muscle without caring about fat" "lose fat." or a third one that I can't remember right now but also wasn't what I wanted.
Anyway I just opted for losing fat, I can try and gain muscle with my own imagination. *laughs*
