Hey im 176m in height 75kg,

Just started about 1 and a half month on gym training + cardio. Hmmm since u you guys are professional, can u help me.

I wanna have a nice lean muscle with body cutting, hmmm.. :( i do weight training 3 days per week and cardio. im confused with the schedule, should i do one day cardio one day weight training. Help me guys.

Yes, seperate cardio and weight training when possible.
