What websites do you use for recipes? I like some variety in my diet, so I try to look of things that use the foods I eat. Two vegetarian recipe sites I've found are:

http://vegetarian.allrecipes.com/default.asp

Good site. Has nutritional information, too.

http://cgi.fatfree.com/cgi-bin/fatfree/recipes.cgi

Decent site. Pop-up ads abound (I love pop-up killer for these sites).

And in general:

http://allrecipes.com/default.asp

Best array of recipes. Easy to use. Nutritional information.

Make it a great day.

I don't have too much time to learn to make anything new but when I used to poke around for them I would use www.recipecenter.com .. there was an old post like this long ago but I think it doesn't mention allrecipes.com ... do a search for "recipe sites"

Foodtv.com actually has section called "get healthy" that has tons of recipies for low fat,low carb, low calorie, and heart healthy diets.

Also, Jessica yes there is. Sales on frozen veggies, meats, canned tuna, and pasta...STOCK UP WHEN YOU CAN AFFORD IT! Otherwise, use your bulk foods section as much as possible, it's way cheaper than regular items. Also, fresh produce is not as expensive as you would think...it's easy to add in tomatoes, spinach, onions and tons of other easy to use veggies without breaking the bank. Hope this helps!!

This is a good site for crockpot recipes. it uses the weight watchers point system but most recipes gives you the other nutritional information.
