im 16 year old and weighing 88kg or about 175lbs. I frequents the gym and jogs 5km on 11km/hr on the treadmill. after cooling down for like 3 minutes i proceed to weight lifting. doing about 4 weight lifting exercise, then later i go do sit ups. am i underworking? cause i don't feel my muscles cramping and im still kinda not worn out when i reach home. PLS ADVICE!!
