Weight Gainers- with or w/o creatine?

I am currently about to take a weight gainer and creatine. N large 2 is just protein and carbs and calories, and i would add my own dose of creatine to that. My other option is to use mega mass 4000, which includes creatine as an ingredient. I am looking to add 10-20 pounds of lean muscle in the next 2-3 months. If there are any better products that i did not mention, let me know... I am currently 5'8", 150.

If you add 20 lbs. of lean muscle in then next 2-3 months, you be sure and sell the program/supplement regimine you used. :big_smile:

to be more blunt...you have to be doing massive amounts of steroids to get those kind of results....maybe not even...

stop looking to get quick and easy results...those type of gains are made with years of training not 2-3 months...

Those products are complete sh1t....good luck trying to ingest all of those crap calories...
