I bench press 105 3 sets of 8 and It wont go up. Whats a good routine. How many sets should I do? How often should I max?

No need to post a second thread on this.
Have you been doing the same bench routine over and over? Maybe switch it up. High reps, low weight, or low reps, high weight. Do one or the other for a while and then go back.
What other movements for the chest are you doing?

Well, there is more to the chest than just a bench press.

How do you know it won't go up? Apparantely you haven't tried to up the weight. If you can do 3 sets of 8 with a certain weight, up the ante'. After the first set, go up 10 lbs. You may only get for instance 5, but you are then challenging the muscle with heavier weight(Overloading it). This will make you stronger. Eat enough calories to accentuate growth, get good rest, and you will see it go up.
