Extra virgin olive oil is probably healthier than corn oil. You can use 2x per day, probably 1 tablespoon max per serving.

Most vegetable oils can be divided into "cooking" oils and "therapeutic" oils. Olive oil is a great cooking oil which is composed of primarily oleic acid (resistant to high heat). However, olive oil is great, it doesn't contain any omega fatty acids. If you're looking to add oil to your diet, choose borage, flaxseed oil, or even evening primrose oil as these contain either omega-3s or omega-6s, both of which are essential. Fat, per se, doens't make you fat. Some fats can actually help during weight loss.

Nobull, the only problem with the oils you just mentioned is that you can't get them at your local grocery store...well, at least not flaxseed oil. Never really tried looking for borage or primrose.
Syl429, basically, are you looking for a cooking oil or other?

Primrose oil is great for the muscles prevents cramping & strains, also stimulates cell regeneration

I only use extra virgin olive oil. It is pretty healthy and I think it tastes better when making dressings and stuff.... my opinion.
