I was at the gym one day, using the preacher curl machine when my left arm started to hurt, not thinking much of it i continued on with my workout. i think i may have hurt a muscle, because now my left arm has become much weaker than my right, and i find it hard to even bench 135. (my left arm is my strong arm) it doesnt hurt my arm when i workout, i just cant lift as much as i used to... need advice quick.
