I turn my breakfast oatmeal into "Superporridge": mix porridge oats (rolled oats) with 1 spoon oatbran, plus protein powder and cinnamon to taste, add water and nuke it in the microwave, stirring every few minutes. I fiddle around with the proportions every day (depending on whether I want more food, more protein etc) so I'm afraid I can't be accurate. I find it tastes great. I really can't stomach shakes or smoothies at all so it gets me a good protein boost for brekkie.
