I have a muscle mass gain program. (Im looking to gain weight)
I showed my friends my workout plan, and they saw the set of 4 consisting of 20, 16, 14, and 12, something like that.
And they said that isnt the way to gain weight. It is better to do less reps and more weight, to bulk up. Is this true?

Most of the body building type here will tell you that reps of 6 to 10 or 12 is best for muscle hypertrophy. In the powerlifting forum they usually like 1-5 reps.
When I signed up for the mass program I did the 20 as a warm up with very light weight, then went 10-8-6-4 while increasing weight. It seemed to work pretty well.

Exactly, the 1st set of 20 is warm up.

Still trying to find out how to do the Hollywood Free Press.

Yeah but you don't need to warm up on every 1 set exercice...
