Well about myself, I am 30 and the mother of 3. I am currently 206 pounds! and the heaviest I have ever been. I get depressed everytime I look in the mirror (I was 117 pounds before my kids). My problem is that the kids wipe me out and I have no motivation to keep going. I need people who would like to keep in touch about our progress and we can help each other stay motivated. Please IM me so we can start helping each other!

well we do have one thing in common, we are the same weight. i don't have kids but i know the feeling of not being able to get up and go. i have to lose the weight to have kids, so i am in the opposite boat than you. mostly what i have learned from the whole diet thing that my dr. put me on is if you can at least get in 30 minutes a day of any kind of cardio, even if it is 10 minutes here and there it will help tons. i hane been going to the gym for about 7 months and really haven't changed any weight, but i have been doing things all wrong, i didn't change my eatting habbits. i still go to mcdonalds and eat junk food, and that is why i haven't been able to lose weight, and of course the fact that i am a lazy person and have pcos, which makes it even harder to lose weight due to the hormaonal issues that caomes with pcos. if you ever need help with anything just type away!!! i try loseing weight too lol its hard =[
im 16 and 210 but i been loseing weight and building mass
since i join football i learn so much things to do but i quit yeah... so i gotta get myself into shape:)

im 18 and i have been heavy all my life. i want to live a long and productive life but i cant seem to be able to do it. Ive tried other diets but they havent worked...

Well I have 4 kids I started out at 230 after my last child and I've been keeping myself motivated and active after about 2 and a half weeks I'm now down to 212lbs and that a big motivator for me to lose more weight I'm trying to get down to a good 140 or less. I understand the difficult times you all are going through. I am 18 years old and weigh 195 lbs. Right before I had my baby I weighed 217 lbs. Before I go pregnant I was wearing a size 11 jean now I am wearing a size 18 jean and my mom can wear some 18's so I feel really bad. It is so hard being a part time student at Moberly Area Community College, working 19 hours a week and raising a 13 month old little girl. I just don't know when to find the time to get back to my old self. I reciently went to court for custody of my little one and I won sole legal and sole physical custody of her so I know struggle. But I am stuggling so much I just would like to talk to someone about it so if anyone wants to talk I would really appriecate it. I don't know how to lose weight does anyone have a diet plan that they could share to help me with the lose it would be great.
