Oki! So Hello Everyone, My name is Sebastien, 21 Years old and unfortunatly Belgian (Don't worry, i won't piss on you)

I started intense workout just about 3 to 4 months ago and a friend of mine has initiated me to this site which I find very helpful and i believe i can get alot of useful "tips".

My actual program is purely for Gaining Mass as we speak.
My Nutritional program however is just a total mess, an unbelieveable MESS! I don't understand SH*T (sorry bout that). Here is how it goes:

9am:
5 White Eggs
1 bowl of Cereal (50gr)
1 Orange Jus
1 Coffee

10am
Protein Shake

12am
150/200 gr of Chicken
100 gr of Rice
& ofcourse Vegetables at free will ( which i never do)

4pm
150/200 gr of Chicken
100 gr of Rice
& ofcourse Vegetables at free will ( which i never do)

6pm
150/200 gr of Chicken
100 gr of Rice
& ofcourse Vegetables at free will


7pm/8pm : I usually work out

After Workout:

150/200 gr of Chicken
100 gr of Rice
& ofcourse Vegetables at free will

And usually Before bed time, I am to take a Protein Shake which i rarely do as i am not personally keened of the Mixer's noice at midnight, then again that's a ridiculous justification.

Oki This is my Situation for the momments. I am gaining weight, so this actually works as far as i'm concerned. But having a hard time to get rid of those fats stuck up on my hibs :$. See the thing is this, I AM TOTALLY ANTI FAT! I HatE FAT you have no idea, toleration "0"! (i like fat girls though, hehe)

Now what I would like to know is this, I have a program in which i intend to stick, I stick to my diet as good as I Can (it has happened for me to skip a couple of meals here and there.. but i try not to)... Uuhm.. How to get rid of 2 to 3 Kilos of Pure Fat and dry up a little.
