Keep as good a diet as you can, and keep it up according to energy expenditure. 9 days may seem like an eternity, but nothing bad will happen if you feed your body the amino acids it needs. You will need to again guage your day, that is you will not need to take in the amount of calories you normally do on training days, excess on a continuous basis will lead to nasty things.

I weight 70 kg (155 lbs), so how many carbs should I eat? And how many protein? Where do I find those healty fat?
Is there any good training complete body every 2 days with really light weight and doing like... 30 reps... I wouldn't do that normally but inactivity drives me crazy :'(

Maintenance for the average active person is around 15 cal. per lb. Play with this as needed. Amount of carbs noone can really tell you, depends on your carb tolerance, etc. The carbs you do take in make them complex and whole, like sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. You will have to adjust this amount for yourself. Keep your diet macros clean, and you will be fine. If one loses muscle in 9 days, it is simply due to a retarted diet of some sort. Very little protein, long durations between meals, etc.
