I've been doing deadlifts using an overhand grip like the excercise routine suggests. But in the picture, the guy is using an underhand grip. Which is correct? Or should you switch it up?

Does not matter. Use what works for you. I use a hook grip or one hand facing towards me and the other facing(palm) away.

You know what? Sorry I totally screwed up my question. Yes, for deadlifts I use the same grip as you. What I meant was Bent Over Rows. Sorry, but thanks for your quick answer Mutt!

LOL well get it right! OK the over hand grip works the lats as does the underhand grip. I think the underhand grip for one is not as good as it also pulls in you biceps a lot more and other muscle groups and you can not move as much weight with it. BUT it can be used as a change up from time to time or even every other workout....

Excellent, that's exactly what I wanted to hear. I tried the underhand once and it just felt really awkward. Thanks!
