I kept track of my protein and fat consumption for a day, and I was at ab out 160g of protein and 70g of fat!
I know I need atleast 240g of protein (weighing 240 pounds.. I think that's the calculation) and 10g less of fat. I'm having trouble finding foods high in protein, but still low in fat/sugar.
Any suggestions?

Do not limitate yourself to chicken :)
Chicken breast, tuna, lot of fish (cabillaud, sole, ...), turkey, ... Cottage cheese
