hey i am 6ft 5in. tall 303lbs. my little bro. got to the gym for the first time about two weeks ago.and it has been great I have already lost 7lbs since then (was at 310) is this typical weight loss perctage?i have been keeping my diet to about 1600 caloies a day,and hit the gym 6 days a week.
i think ima join balley totally fitness cuz im limited in machinary and i gotta say i been wokring my butt off ever since i quit football i problaly even sweat in the pool in my back yard lol
