Ok, I am addicted to cardio !!! I was doing 40 min 5-6 X's a week in the a.m., and weights 3 X's a week in the evening. Traniner told me I was doing too much cardio... ok. So now I am trying to switch it up and have been taking spin classes 3 X's a week, but still doing some cardio in the am..... are the spin classes enough? My legs seem to think so, a.m. cardio is difficult now with spin thrown in there(done in the evening) Trying to tone up.....
The weight thing in the moring is harder than I thougt... I don't feel like I have as much enery ?? Maybe because I am still half asleep !! My goal is to tone up and in the process loose about 10 lbs... I'm 5'7 , 150 lbs. Even though I don't look it. My legs are pretty solid, and I want to lean them out.. but with this spinning class, I haven't felt like even working them out because they are sore.... Have you followed the nutritional plan from this site ? Did you see results ? Mine says I should eat 2025 calories a day !!! UUGHH !! I have a hard time eating 1000 ...
