More good carbs and plenty of protein. If you are using one of the programs on this site, it provides a nutritional plan that tells you what type of an intake you need for p/c/f. It also lists great sources of food for each. Try that. :big_smile:
Look for calorie dense foods. Such as peanut butter, beef, etc. Add a plate of pasta, a couple baked potatoes with your protein sources. Just up your calories, you will gain when you get past maintenance for any amount of reasonable time.
