Hey everyone! My name is Roxie and im about 111 lbs... I think im too skinny and so does everybody else... everytime someone says im too skinny for my height (5'4) my self-esteem goes down...I want to gain weight, I want to be atmost 120 lbs... I want a butt like Jennifer Lopez and legs like beyonce... Can someone help me get the right exercise and nutritional plan for me...I really want to gain weight 10 lbs. in a month..

going to the gym and lifting weights will help you tone up your body, and build muscle where u need it. Eat more food and enjoy it. Eat healthy, but maybe try foods higher in carbohydrates, which help you put on weight!
