OK - this makes the 3rd time I've looked at the site. today I put in what I ate - badddddddddddddd. Printed the exercises for the day and when I get off at 7:30 will go home and give the front dumbells and standing latereals a go. I believe u do 20,12,11 and and then start the next 20,16,15 and 14 - don't believe I'll be able to lift my hair dryer tomorrow if this is correct.:laugh:but will give it try. I wish the program actually printed out some meal plans: I don't believe I can eat 2000plus calories a day to lose weight. PS. I am 55 and 172lb female - want to be 135 - will always be 5'4 - any words of wisdom

i feel ridiculouse , i just like excersice alot! is it ok if im still here? just because i want to excersise. i did a P.E.P for gcse p.e and know all the information u already have to give, im just here coz i like to excerise? is that alright? x x
