So, I was once 6'3" and 165 lbs. I joined this site found a lot of useful info and worked out for a solid 8 months. I got up to 185lbs then moved to another country for the past 7 months. In this country I did not exercise, ate terribly, and drank hard about 4 or 5 times per week. Im back home now, and I weigh about 165 lbs again. Im ready to get healthy again and build some muscle back. I will have all the resources and time to do this for the next month then I go back to school and I will be a little more busy. What im looking for is the best diet and workout plan for someone in my position. Im pretty much going to dedicate myself to this for the next month then go back to a regular routine when I get back in school.
If someone can give me some advice or point me in the right direction that would be great.
