As the title reads, I hate breakfast. I have the problem of not being able to eat much right when i wake up. So I usually have 2c milk with a scoop of protein powder about half the time.
Sometimes I'll have 2 slices dry whole grain toast, and a cup of yogurt at work. Most of the time I'll eat a banana, and maybe 1 or 2 whole grain rice cakes.
My problem is that I don't eat lunch until noon, but my 2c milk is at like 6am. Long time between feedings if ya ask me.
I've recently started eating 1-1.5 servings of oatmeal around 8, but I'm still really hungry around 11 or so.
My diet is almost in check, I just need some breakfast help that doesn't require cooking or much time. any suggestions/ideas? Help if you can.....any suggestion is better than nothing.

Can you bring a snack to work?
You can do all sorts of things.
I like almonds. They take no preparation, and you can eat them quietly. Although, they're expensive.
A boiled egg would also work.

Haha, I just found out this weekened that I am allergic to almonds. So far I am still alright with walnuts, peanuts and pecans.

Hypnosis... lol. I was the same but I found that by 'forcing' myself to do I was able to make it a habit and now I can't do without a good breakfast (even though it means setting the alarm clock an hour earlier).

The snack thing is a good idea. I find it helps me to bring a protein bar to work with me sometimes. It doesn't take me long to eat, you can find them at pretty cheap prices and most are a good source of proteins and carbs. It may help to hold off those hunger pangs. Hope this helps. :)
