As I am embarking on this journey of increasing my calories, I am finding that I am not sure of exactly what to really eat in a day. I have printed the Grocery List that was so wonderfully posted. But I feel like I am getting too many carbs. I try and eat veggies but as I input the data into the nutional tracker it is saying that I am way over my little. Would someone with a comparable situation and calories (1650) as mine please post a sample daily meal plan.
