This makes the 3rd time I looked at the sight and tonight I started the program. Not sure I understand but I don't think I will be able to lift my hair dryer in the morning. Statred with shoulders - 20 sets, then 12, then 11 etc.:laugh: I hpe that was right? I listed what I had eaten today - not anywhere near the 2000+ claories - how wilkl I lose weight eating all that?:)

Be sure to space the calories out over the day... this will keep you from feeling hungry and then overdoing the next meal... which is one of the reasons we become overweight...

mmmmmmmmmmm- I need new glasses - spelling is atrocious!
I have such bad eating habits - ritz peanut butter crackers for breakfast - fast easy. Are there any menus listed?:angry:

OK - looked at diet forum - gives a lot of info on how to lose this or that or gain this or that - but can someone share a typical 2000 calorie diet intake:(:):big_smile::love::surprised::laugh:
