I've come to feel that there should be a special site for the more senior members of the site. We could compare aches and pains specifically aimed at the more mature of our society. We should be able to compare notes on how to get to and from the floor, gracefully, in our exercises.
Sometimes I have the impression that some exercises have been designed to finish me off before my time.
Come on Freetrainers give some thought to our(my) comfort!

Yeah, I agree that much of the advice given is geared toward younger members. You will have to for the time being express in your posts(for folks that don't look at profiles) your age. Many of the same "rules" for lifting, eating, etc. apply no matter the age. However, hormones are drastically different, etc. I for instance will be 55 this year, so I completely understand.
