well I was wondering which diet I need to follow to get my weight down to where I want it, from there I plan on working on definition, but which diet would be my best choice
Choose your diet.....all diets by any name in the end do one thing, deprive you of calories in some manmer. Whether lower carbs, lower fat, whatever angle they choose to use, this is the bottom line. Choose one that you can live with, and do it. When you get where you want to be, then get anal about your diet and training for muscle gain and definition.
