I'm 16 years old, 5'8, 140 pounds, but I think I should be bigger. I'm not all that skinny, but you can see my ribs a bit. It's gotten better over time, but when I think about it, I don't eat all that much during the day for all the activities I do. I skate quite a bit outside, in the mid-day sun, which makes me sweat tons, and I run about 30 minutes every day, and I'm going to start weight training on monday. What's a good amount of calories to take in throughout the day for a 16 year old boy. I'll start a log on monday of everything I eat so that I can help you all better understand my eating habits.
