I've been doing Freetrainers for about 4 months and I'm very pleased with the results. I've lost 15-20 pounds and I feel like I actually put on a lot of muscle too. One problem I have is now that I've lost this weight my ribs jut out on my sides. Does anyone know any exercises I can do to put some muscle on over these ribs. Thanks for your help. -Dan

Focus on doing some Oblique exercises such as Twists/Russian Twists as well as abdominal exercises like sit ups/crunches etc....try to go progressively heavier....use additional weight if u can do 8-10 reps.
Are you doing exercises such as deadlifts and squats? They are also very beneficial at strengthening your core.

Yeah, there is really not much muscle there. Really the only way you can put much "meat" on in that area is through diet.
