Hey just wondering if anybody has done the workouts in Men's Health's The Book of Muscle? I bought the book after looking at the workouts which seem to be really good and I have been doing them for a few weeks, but I was just curious if anybody had actually stuck with them and how were your results? Thanks

Any workout you do will work to a point/for a while. Do it. Let us know how it goes.

Why don't you post the workout.

Yeah I'll definitely let you know how it goes...I don't have the book with me but heres the first set of workouts. For the most part it changes up every three weeks sometimes just in how you do the sets or actual lifts for variety. This is the first three weeks. The tempo is 311 (3 sec down, 1 sec up, 1 sec hold). This is a full body work out in which they say to do 1-2 cycles on the first week, 2 on the 2nd and 2-3 on the third(3 seems a little excessive timewise to me...) Oh...also in this stage they recommend 15-20 reps. This is a stage to get your body adjusted for later.

1. Thin Tummy(basically you are just flexing your muscles just above your pubic region for 5 seconds)
2. Static Lunge
3. Lying Dumbbell Row
4. Upright Dumbbell Row
5. Cheat up + Slow lower (abs)
6. Bench Step
7. Lying Dumbbell Pullover
8. Dumbbell Bench
9. Pushup Hold
10. Calf Raise
11. Seated Hammer Curl Alternating w/ twist
12. Tricep Kickback

I might have switched the order of like 1 of them because its from memory...but thats it - i'll letcha know how it goes.
