what would be a good meal to eat for the last meal of the day? I work from noon to 9pm. i usually eat somewhere around 10am, 2pm, 5pm, and after i get off work at 9, i'm usually hungry again.
i try not to eat carbohydrates after 7pm, and lately i've found myself eating grilled chicken breasts after i come home, but the chicken is getting a little tiresome. what other meals can i eat that don't include carbs?

I just started eating chicken salad for my last meal of the day(between 7-8pm) and then a protein shake(w/milk) about 45min to 1 hr before bed. I too try and stay away from carbs after 7pm but I make sure that I take in enough before then to keep my energy up.

Have you tried fish? Tuna salad is easy, or grilled salmon, etc.

kaylad24: Why don't you try doing the fish in bulk. If you know how much you will eat in a sitting just double or triple it. Then you just have to heat it up. I sometimes do chicken in bulk. It has saved me a few times from going into a frenzy. Just a suggestion.
