hi im lauren!...basically i did this because i'm confused haha I'm 21...I'm 5'3, and 105 lbs- small. I want to start lifting and just get more toned. I want people to look at me and not say "youre so tiny!" I'd like them to say "Wow how much do you lift/work out?" That'd be nice. My goal is to have somewhat of that reaction by next Spring! I juuuust don't know where to start:)...Help?:(

Like Tim said, just start a program here and stick to it. It is free! That and taking in all the advice from the knowledgeable folks here will give you a great start. I had never lifted a weight before joining FT. Good Luck!
