Chest and Abs

ALl I want is to tone up by losing fat and getting a tight upper body.
I don't want anything else but a hard chest and stomach.
What exercises can get me this in no time?

Ummm....I'm not an expert in this field...but I'm willing to wager a guess that no exercise will get you the results you want "in no time".

In my opinion any way.

You ll look wierd if you got a chest but no back ... no shoulders... no biceps... no triceps ... no legs ... no traps... no calves ...

You must keep in mind that it is not just exercises that will do this for you. You must combine proper exercise and diet. You lose the weight through proper dieting. I would also recommend adding a proper amount of weight training and cardio to help burn off some of the fat. This site has some great programs set up for people who want to do exactly what you are trying to do. You should try the program for toning up and keeping lean. This program will include a great program for working out and a great nutritional plan for helping you to attain your goals. Be sure to utilize the resources on the site. There is so much here to learn from. You just have to look for it. Remember, nothing comes without hard work. You need to accept that before trying. Good luck! :big_smile:
