Hey everyone, been reading peoples posts around here for a while and decided to finnaly write up one. Anyway im just wondering how my diet is doing, ive been following that Abs diet fairly loosely. I basicly buy things based on the food groups it specifies. Anyway here goes.
Breakfast: Eggs (2-3)
Unflavored Oatmeal
Fit and active yogurt
Then ill eat some penuts or some walnuts in between for snacks.
Lunch: Turkey and or Chicken on Whole grain bread
Peperjack cheese, spinach, and some light italian dressing with lemon.
1% cottage cheese
Some Strawberries or Blackberries
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, or Salmon, Halibut, Possibly a Petite Sirloin steak. (Not one of each)
Broccoli and Colliflour
Some other stuff useally
Now, I know you prolly havent read my entire post and thats cool, lol I most likely wouldent eaither. But I was mainly just curious if I am taking in to many calories? I meen I seem to eat quite a bit, Im working out 5 days a week doing lots of weight training and biking. It seems I just cant stop eating heh. Im aiming too lose fat and tone up if thats relivant at all =). Anyway thanks again for reading, and I hope to get to know you all alot better.
