I'm finding this target reaching quite dificault. I thought most people struggled to reach protein targets and hard to keep the others down? I seem to be the oposite.

Not sure if those will come out easy to read. My goals are -
Calaries - 2720 Protein - 175 Carb - 438 Fat - 33
I'm really struggling to get carb and cal up to target, fat i'm not too worried about being low. Also any time i try eat more of my selected foods i just keep on adding protein.
Thursday is a little different as i had icecream(diabetic stuff) and peanut butter.
My main food items are as follows. I try to eat things that don't take much prepairing as i don't have much time during the week, finish work at 6, drive home and to gym, out by 8ish, eat at 9, bed by 10-11.
Tesco 3% Fat thick sausages Safeway Low Fat Cottage Cheese Pasta (Buitoni, Cellentani) Yogurt, Fruit, Low Fat Raisins Milk, Skimmed Tuna, Brine Sweetcorn, canned Bagel, Sesame Cereal - All-Bran Cereal - Safeway Wheat Bisks Banana (1 Banana = 120g) Chicken Breast Turkey Peanut Butter Rice Diabetic icecream Sweet and Sour sauce, Tesco
Any sugestions would be great.

You seem to be doing pretty okay to me, it is after all only a guideline, how is your body responding to it all?

Well i have to go to the toilet a lot lol, and i ache, and i have to go to the toilet, i'm alot less tired(mostly due to getting more sleep), and did i mention i have to go to the toilet a lot yet? =)
I seem to be going ok, i don't feel hungry except after my evening workout, most of the time i actually feel stuffed and struggle to eat it all. I guess i'll stay how i am and see how it goes.
After a couple of weeks(1 week strict) i'm 1kg heavier lol, but i'm not too bothered about that. I plan to give by body another week to get used to what i'm doing to it and then start using ECA.
I do have some protein suplement but to be honest i've not used it. I consider useing it after a workout but by diets protein levels are just so high, i don't want to get too much protein.

Well, there's nothing wrong with being regular, as long as it's not diarrhea or anything like that. And if you're getting enough protein from real food, then there really is no need to worry about supplementing. Good luck to you!

I got from your profile that you are looking to reduce weight not gain. Your cals & carbs seem high to me. Maybe I misunderstood something? What is your goal to lose fat and gain muscle. Or are you just trying to bulk up what is your height & weight?

weight 82k (180lb) height 172 (5'9) Age - 24
I am trying to lose fat, doing cardio and HIIT along with 4 days weights.
The quoted values are from the FT plan for fat loss and tone, it is also based on slow metab. If i put fast metab in i get 3400cal and near 600 carb

Well, if you don't start losing weight in a couple of weeks, try decreasing your calories by 250 and see what happens.
