im trying to lose weight at the minute. what snacks are good/tolerable? also, im not into crackerbread - something tasty please!

Nuts are good, so are vegetables. Stay away from sweets and chips etc.

Nuts are good...in moderation,they have alot of fat.Look into the grocery list in the nutrition forum and you can put alot of ideas together.I like steamed asparugus,raw bell peppers,cantaloupes and strawberries or fat free yogurt.

Good post KC....even though a food is "healthy" and good for you, if it makes you exceed your needed calorie intake it will not help you shed weight. Many folks see these things on the news, and add them to their grocery list at the store, thinking healthy, but all the while adding calories to their already over intake of calories and wonder why they are not losing weight.

I like yogurt, low fat string cheese, cottage cheese sweetend with some splenda, fresh veggies, I also like the Kashi brand
granola bars.
