I lost 5 lbs at first but i gained 10 back now i just gained 10 more lbs. I walk two miles at night and still dont lose any weight at all I am getting depressed. I havent been eating junk food any more been walking the last two weeks at night i havent even lost just gained the weight someone please help me out...thanks
It sounds to me like you are just venting your frustration at being over weight.I am the same height as you and weighed what you weigh after my second child was born....it is all gone now...but I can't lay out a diet plan specific to your needs on a message board.Start slow,gain some knowledge...then come back and start asking real questions...specific ones."I want to lose 40 pounds"is way to broad to try and answer.You're frustrated with yourself...not us.Think about it.
