Sup fitness freaks, or that is what i used to call the non couch potato people before i started to take control of my own destiny, finally figured out no-one was gonna do it for me, so here i am. Im a new member and have a long battle ahead of me, 5'10 340lbs, i know, youch, but im here and im actually feeling guilty like i should be on the treadmill even though ive done my routine for the day.Im on a 2300 calorie diet as of 3 weeks ago and have lost 13lbs already, without exercise, and can only imagine what the next 8 weeks of my fitness plan will unfold, but im really anxious to get started and start to see and feel some results, anyways i just wanted to say hiya and to say thanks to the free trainers peeps for lending me a hand.....

Sounds like you're off to a great start. There's nothing more motivating than seeing results. Welcome and good luck with your 8 week program. Just take it one week at a time and give it your all. The 8 weeks will be over before you know it and you should see some dramatic changes. And then do another 8 weeks!

When you succeed, no one will ever be able to say you have no willpower, people will say you're hot, not just sweet, etc. You will overcome what very few americans ever do.

Please keep it up for the sake of everyone whos ever wanted to lose any weight and for the inspiration of everyone. And most important the self confidence for yourself.

When we are motivated by goals that have deep meaning, by dreams that need completion, by pure love that needs expressing, then we truly live life.
