I am travelling in a few days and I am not sure there's a gym in the place i will be going to. What exercises can I do because I will be away for 3 weeks? Also, my 8 weeks routine will be finished this coming week. Do I do the whole program again from the start? I'm kinda at a loss. I am just trying to maintain overall strength & tone.

Do a google search on Hotel Room Workout and see what you can find, I know there are some calisthenic routines out there. Also, try searching fit buddy, I bet we have covered this subject before. i will try and find some posts and bump them, look around the forums for threads surfacing that are on this subject.

Amy is right...I travel alot...wherever I am going, I always get on the internet and find where a gym is in location to where I am going to be. 9 times out of 10, you will find one these days in a fair proximity of where you are going to be staying, or even just stopover for a workout on your way through.
