Hi everyone. I am a new member here. My name is Ruby. I currently live on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I am 25 years old and I want to lose the rest of my weight. I want to meet my weight goals. If you read my profile you can get to know my past a little bit. I am excited to learn some new tips and helpful knowledge on how to lose weight and to stay in shape.
I am also victim to hitting that plateau. After I lost over 70 pounds it seems a lot harder for me to lose the rest of my weight. I also got tired of my exercise routine. I have yet to get on a new routine to keep me motivated. Actually my main concern areas are my abdominal area. i have some belly flab that i want to lose and get myself toned to get that flat stomach..also to get my thighs in better shape..especially get rid of the inner thigh fat. i would love to hear some tips on how to target these areas better..as well as suggestions for good cardio routines. looking forward to getting to know people on here.
Hi rubyc....I am new here too. I was just going through looking to see if anyone posted another comment for me and I started reading yours. Sounds like we have some of the same goals. My stomach area and my thighs are my 2 main concerns. I have that flab on my stomach and on my inner thighs. I am doing really great on my outter thighs but the inside is what's challenging for me.
