Hi everyone! My name is Diane (not sur eif my pics are up yet) but I am joining this community in hopes to get some advice on various workouts and diets. I just had a baby 9 months ago and since I have been working out 5 days a week and eating healthy. Working out has always been a passion of mine that I truly love. After a good workout I feel great and have so much energy :) I have a couple of areas that I need to work on such as my belly and thighs. So any advice would be greatly appreciated :love: I always walk at least 2 miles a day. Some days it's more because I take part of my lunch and walk 2 miles. My stonach area I can feel is hard but I have a layer of what I like to call flab :laugh: is covering it. I have often wondered if I can actucally loose this with diet and exercise??

Hi Diane . Congrats on the baby and on getting back to your exercise passion. I'd suggest trying one of the wt training programs offered on this site. Wt training does an amazing job at toning your physique and it is very empowering as well. There is tons of great advice and support in this community.
