can of tuna lite mayo,salad with no fat dressing
cottage cheese broccli,bake potatoe,peanuts,milk
chicken breast,spinach,cottage cheese,milk
4 egg whites with salsa glass of milk

I agree with Mutt, are you gonna cook for us? I don't like spinach though, give me an extra serving of broccoli...lol. You are good with your nutrition. I thought you got great results with the diet you were already taking, but I guess you just needed a change,huh?

sure come on over to new england i was getting great reults but i did need a little change just the back potato and some peanuts since i am off the whey for now i have been more hungrier since i got off that isnt that weird
