hey! im 15 years old ( male ) im between 5'8 n 9 tall n i weight 13o lbs......i have like 2 to 3 inches of fat on my lower back area n because of dat it looks like if i have love handles i mean i do have a little bit but jst a little bit. i been doing a lot of cardio n strenth training i've seen sum results. but anyways i jst want to gat rid of dat fat so my body would look straight even on da sides n not with curves like a women body

That's good that you are doing cardio and strength training. But remember, it is very important to eat the right foods as well. That's the only way you will lose the fat. Make sure you are eating lots of protein and get your fair share of good high-glycemic index carbs in you after your workout along with a good source of protein so that your body has the proper nutrition to heal and build muscle. But if you work on cutting out bad fats and carbs and focus on getting the better quality fats and carbs in then it should definitely help in losing some of the extra fat. Remember, good diet, cardio and weight training. All 3 make a great plan. Good luck. There's also a lot of great threads on this site to read through that will give you some great tips.
